Treatments Overview

As a general dental practice in Surrey, we offer a wide range of services aimed at restoring your teeth so that they’re fully functional and aesthetically pleasing. We would like all of our patients to keep their natural teeth throughout their life and we emphasise the importance of prevention and maintenance. On your first visit, we will ask you about your medical history and enquire whether you are experiencing any problems or pain with your teeth or gums.

We will then conduct a thorough oral examination and may need to take x-rays. If your teeth need a thorough clean or any other treatment, we will explain this in advance and discuss the options with you. Your treatment may require you to attend a series of appointments.

Crowns and Bridges

If you have a weak tooth or are missing one or more teeth, you may need a crown or a bridge. A crown sits over a tooth that may have been broken or weakened and will thus serve to return the tooth to its former strength and natural shape. If you are missing one or more teeth, a bridge may be fitted to stop the surrounding teeth from moving out of place and will be anchored by one or more crowns to restore the appearance and function.

Dentures

If you no longer have any of your natural teeth you will benefit from having dentures as they will provide support for your cheeks and lips. Without them, your facial muscles may sag thereby making you appear older. If you already have dentures, it is still important to continue to have regular dental check-ups to ensure that the soft-tissue remains healthy
